01What does AlgoLabs actually build?+
We design and engineer AI-powered products, intelligent operations, document and knowledge systems, and agents that use approved tools. We start with a valuable product or business opportunity, build and evaluate the right solution, then host, maintain, and improve what we implement.
02Can AlgoLabs help if I am the whole company?+
Yes. You do not need to be an enterprise to build with AI. A focused first module can be a practical starting point for a solo founder. We agree on scope, access, acceptance criteria, and a realistic delivery plan before work starts. Larger products and complex integrations need their own scope and quote.
03How much does a first engagement cost?+
For solo founders and teams up to 20, the Focused tier is $1,000 onboarding plus $349 per month managed; the more connected tier is $3,000 onboarding plus $499 per month managed. For established or funded projects, the ongoing engineering levels are $3,000 or $5,000 per month, with discovery and the initial implementation quoted separately. Each level has a defined scope, usage, support, and written proposal. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately.
04What makes an AI project a good fit?+
A clear business problem or product idea, an owner who can define a useful result, and appropriate access to representative data or systems. AI should add something conventional software cannot do as well. We will also tell you when a simpler tool or integration is the better answer.
05Do I need technical staff or an AI plan?+
No. Bring the business problem or product idea. AlgoLabs handles the technical design, implementation, integrations, hosting, and maintenance of the agreed system. You stay involved in the requirements, feedback, and decisions that belong to your business.
06What does the monthly service include?+
Hosting, monitoring, routine maintenance, security and dependency updates, recovery support, an agreed usage allowance, and scheduled review. We use your feedback to improve the implemented capability within the plan. New modules, material development, third-party costs, and excess usage are defined separately. Managed care is not unlimited engineering.
07Am I locked into a long contract?+
The managed subscription starts at launch with an initial 90-day operating term so the system can stabilize against real use. It continues month to month after that unless your proposal says otherwise. Your agreement also defines data export and offboarding.
08Does AI make decisions without people?+
Not by default. Consequential actions stay observable and reviewable, with permissions and approval steps matched to the risk of the workflow. Autonomy is earned through measured performance.
09Who owns the finished work?+
You keep ownership of your business data. The signed proposal defines service access, custom-work ownership, third-party licenses, reuse rights, data export, and offboarding. AlgoLabs operates the hosted system while the managed service is active.
